Overall our stay was excellent. We have stayed here before and will come back. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I had a mix-up with my reservation and there were no issues the staff took care of us right away! The room was nice and spacious, with comfortable beds, clean sheets, and nice pillows. The TV was very nice and had an HDMI cord and USB, up-to-day technology! We were in room 356 in a balcony room, and we overlooked the pool and beachfront. The food is very good here and the amenity package is worth it if you plan on parking a vehicle and getting breakfast every day! The chips are a MUST. We liked the option of having room service every other day to save on resources. This hotel has very nice body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided. We loved the live music it really made the vacation vibe and we had a lot of fun with those guys! The hotel is on the beach and about a 20-minute drive to get to UNF or Town Center.

Four couples traveled to Jacksonville, FL so our husbands could play Sawgrass. While the guys were out golfing, the girls relaxed by the pool and at the beach. Towels were provided at the pool and beach service was offered. We loved having access to an outside bar with an option to also order food. This allowed us to stay put all day! We stayed 3-nights total. The hotel was great and just what we were looking for. We did have dinner out each night, but you certainly could have eaten there. In the mornings, they offered a breakfast buffet along with the option to order from the menu. Starbuck's coffee was an added bonus. The room was on the smaller side, but had everything we needed including a small couch, which is nice when staying more than overnight. Our room was super clean as was the entire property. The location was perfect and close to many restaurants. Super fun trip!

I was trying to surprise a dear friend who has never been to the beach for his birthday, I spent my whole Saturday wasting time Bartender Kim and Receptionist I’ssa came to my rescue Kim came with the idea and I’ssa bringing it to life omg 😱 absolutely Beautifal I love them to the moon and back !!! They made my stay more than amazing I will be back for sure thank you my beauties . He loved everything you guys put together, I was done and you guys again Brought my image to life❤️‍🔥❣️❣️❣️Everyone was great I must say Thank you guys keep being amazing, I’m Sold 🫶🏼🙌🏽🧡🧡🧡didn’t have to that extra mile but you did and we loved it 😍 ☺️☺️🥰Even the guy from breakfast curly head Caucasian guy amazing as well made a perfect Caramel Macchiato 😋wow . It was wonderful ❤️‍🔥

After leaving Panama because of our skin color 5 hours later we end up here....The location was perfect right on the beach; farther away from all the bars ,but close enough to not get a DUI. The staff was excellent .They made us feel welcomed and belonged. The Jacksonville beach area is a nice area and experience.No dixie flags in site.
